"Heart-pounding"

...is how one review refers to the opening scene of my story Playing Rough which appears in Violet Blue's award winning anthology Sweet Love.

Here's an excerpt:

Instantly, the chase is on. Footfalls pound after her in long-gaited strides, gaining easily, quickly. The skin between her shoulder blades draws tight, tiny hairs ripple at her nape.

Then hard hands are on her, jerking her off her feet, hauling her back against a big, powerful body. A large palm clamps over her mouth, cuts short her scream.

A minute of frantic conflict - tousling shuffles, grunting scuffles - ends with her crushed between hard muscle and solid wall, jacket pulled roughly down to her elbows, pinning her arms to her sides, briefcase and bag on the floor.

An unyielding length presses against her from behind, envelops her from top to toe, imprisons her.

'Scared?' a deep male voice taunts in her ear. 'You should be, given the things I'm about to do to you.'

As you might have guessed, it's not a tale for the faint-hearted. But no need to reach for your blood pressure pills - in Jean Roberta's words over at http://www.eroticarevealed.com/ "The end of the story allows the reader to come down from an adrenaline high..."

Think you can handle it?

Sweet Love does the IPPY IPPY shake

Yes folks, that is indeed a GOLD medal, as recently awarded to Sweet Love for Best Erotica Collection in the Independent Publisher Book Awards. Editor Violet Blue is rightly proud and is celebrating by offering Thomas Roche's story from the anthology as a free podcast over on her blog
Now then... what have I got hanging in my wardrobe that will go nicely with gold?

Sitting at the Top Table

I've just had a peek at the Table of Contents for Sweet Love and am squirming with delight to see my little old self seated alongside such dirty greats as Alison Tyler, NT Morley, Janine Ashbless, Thomas Roche, Kristina Wright, DL King and more. What a sweet, sweet feast of the flesh this anthology promises to be. My mouth is watering already.

First Review = Five Stars

Sex, Love & Valentines has only gone and got itself the full five star treatment with its first review on Amazon! I'm pleased and proud and - although obviously a bit biased - have to say that it's thoroughly well deserved. Packed with filthy good stories from some of erotica's top writers, it definitely puts the sexy into February 14th.
